Summary
True Story- I moved from another state into a rental home where a month prior a 15 yr. old girl was murdered, Her parents are on trial facing death. This was/is a huge case in my town. The entire Child Welfare system is being revamped due to this case. My landlord only told me a death had occurred here and MAYBE the parents were involved. 2 weeks after moving in I was watching local news and saw my home on news - complete with teddy bear shrine and flower memorial from public. After researching the case I learned she had been tortured for 4 years and that numerous calls were made to CPS regarding her. I also want to include what the details of this murder have done to me emotionally and my subsequent connection with the dead child
